• Has been trained to be a challenging pathologist, by eminent personalities in various disciplines of pathology including clinical pathology, histopathology, hematology and cytopathology.

• Acquired additional experience in Histo-Pathology and Hematology working as Senior Registrar in a prestigious institute – NIMS & AIG Hyderabad and Onco-pathology, Gynaec pathology and pediatric pathology by working in tertiary care institutes like MNJ Institute of oncology and Regional Research Centre, Government Maternity Hospital for women and Niloufer Hospital for women and children as a post graduate itself.

• Holder of Masters degree in Biochemistry and topper of the university, and worked in reputed organizations like Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad, India and VIMTA labs, Hyderabad, India for a period of 8 years as Biochemist and Group Leader.

• Experience over ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189:2007 standards and also in CLSI guidelines for NABL and CAP accreditation. Participated in NABL and FDA audits. Proficient in GLP and GCP guidelines.

• Proficient over techniques like CLIA, ELISA, ADVIA, RADIO IMMUNOMETRIC SPECTROMETRIC, IMMUNOPHENOTYPING, LPLC, HPLC, Coagulation, and Cell counter, WESTERN BLOT, ELECTROPHORETIC, FLOURIMETRIC, ISE, and AGGLUTATION based methods etc and its applications.

G. Leela Krishna, M.Sc (Microbiology) ( Asst. Manager - Regional Lab Operations & Team leader Microbiology)

• Obtained his Masters in Microbiology from the prestigious Bharathidasan University, Trichy, Tamilnadu, India.

• Manages and monitors the team including trainees, junior and senior scientists.

• Worked for a period of 6 years as Microbiologist in J.J.M.Medical College, Davangere, Karnataka.

• Adapted in analyzing and interpreting Clinical Microbiology results.

• Acquired good technical acumen on ELSIA based tests, Electrophoresis, PCR and Flow-Cytometry.
